What phone system is right for my business?
tsit.cloud suits businesses of any size, from a single handset to hundreds of users across many sites. If you already have an on-site system, we can support it, and we'll recommend what makes sense.
Can we keep our existing phone numbers?
In most cases, yes. We port your numbers to the new service and plan the cutover to keep downtime to a minimum. Don't cancel your old lines until your numbers have moved.
Is ISDN still an option?
No. ISDN has been decommissioned, so businesses now use SIP trunks or a cloud phone system, which deliver the same lines and numbers over an internet connection.
Can we make and receive calls in Microsoft Teams?
Yes. We can connect Microsoft 365 to a phone service so your team makes and receives business calls in Teams.
Do we need a good internet connection?
Voice calls need a stable connection, so we check your internet and network first, and can add backup options such as 4G or 5G failover where it makes sense.
Can you support the system we already have?
Yes. We support Vodia, Grandstream, Yealink, iPECS and Avaya systems. We are an authorised iPECS and Avaya repairer and supplier, so we can repair your system and supply handsets, headsets and parts.
