Manager
Ben has more than a decade in the IT industry, with deep experience in telecommunications and wireless networks. He is just as comfortable across the rest of the IT stack, so he is the one to ask when a problem crosses phones, networks and IT.

Jack is our qualified cyber security expert. He holds a Bachelor of Information Technology majoring in Cyber Security from Charles Sturt University, plus ITIL 4. He specialises in penetration testing and red team operations, and he is also a go-to for break/fix work when something needs sorting quickly.

Technician / Cyber Security Engineer
Rayden is a cyber security specialist who covers both sides: defensive measures that keep customers protected, and red team operations that test those defences. He is also a strong general IT support technician and handles break/fix jobs.

Seth works our help desk, looking after customers' day-to-day IT problems. He also builds and fixes websites, so he is the one who gets your site back on track when something breaks.
