IT support for community and aged care: what matters now
Providers need systems that are reliable, private and simple for busy care teams to use.
The new Aged Care Act
The Aged Care Act 2024 started on 1 November 2025, with strengthened Quality Standards for providers in registration categories 4, 5 and 6. Reliable systems, accurate records and secure information all help you meet them.
Privacy and breach reporting
Aged care and other health service providers are covered by the Privacy Act and the Notifiable Data Breaches scheme, whatever their turnover. We help you protect resident and client information and prepare a response plan.
Care systems that stay up
Rostering, care planning and medication systems need to be available around the clock. We monitor, patch and back them up, and plan for internet or power failures.
Wi-Fi across the whole site
Reliable coverage in resident rooms, common areas and outbuildings supports staff devices, call systems and keeping residents connected to family.
Staff, volunteers and shared devices
Community services run on rotating staff and volunteers. We keep onboarding simple, secure and quick to undo.
Ready for a cyber incident
Tested backups and a clear plan mean you can keep caring while systems recover.
Technology that supports care
Care providers hold some of the most sensitive information there is, and downtime affects people, not just productivity. We take a security-first approach and keep the technology simple, reliable and well supported.
We support providers of all sizes, from single sites to multi-site organisations, with clear communication and no jargon.

Can you provide Wi-Fi for residents and guests?
Yes. We design Wi-Fi with separate staff, resident and guest networks so each stays secure.
Do you support multi-site providers?
Yes. We support multiple sites with consistent networks, phones and security, and a single point of contact.
Can you work within a limited budget?
Yes. We offer fixed-price options and will prioritise the improvements that reduce risk the most.
Does the new Aged Care Act affect our IT?
The Act and the strengthened Quality Standards focus on safe, quality care and good governance, and providers depend on accurate records and reliable systems to show that. We help make sure your technology, security and backups support the standards that apply to your registration category.
Are aged care providers covered by the Notifiable Data Breaches scheme?
Yes. Health service providers, which includes aged care services, are covered whatever their turnover. If a breach is likely to cause serious harm, you generally need to notify affected people and the OAIC. We can help you prepare, and you should seek privacy advice for legal questions.
Can you support staff using tablets and phones for care notes?
Yes. We manage the devices, secure access to your care systems and make sure Wi-Fi and mobile coverage work where care is delivered.
