ENTERPRISE PHONE SYSTEMS
Phone System for Enterprise
A phone system for large and multi-site organisations: resilient, secure and joined up with Microsoft Teams. We design it, deliver it and support it.
Voice that holds up at scale
At enterprise scale, phones are critical infrastructure. Hundreds of users, many sites, busy service teams and compliance obligations all depend on calls that work every time.
tsit.cloud, our hosted platform powered by Vodia, has no cap on users or sites. It connects every location and remote worker to one system, with call queues, call recording, Microsoft Teams Direct Routing and enterprise SIP trunks.
Where an organisation already runs an on-site system, we support and repair iPECS and Avaya IP Office, and plan hybrid and staged migrations so critical lines never go quiet. Smaller operation? See our medium business phone systems.
Talk to our teamWhat an enterprise phone system needs
The capabilities large organisations rely on every day.
Queues and agent groups
Agent groups with overflow and clear caller messaging, for busy service desks and contact teams.
Every site on one system
Connect every site and remote worker to one system, with extension dialling and shared call flows.
Enterprise SIP trunks
Connect IP-enabled phone systems to the phone network over your internet connection.
Microsoft Teams Direct Routing
Make Teams your phone, keep your numbers and mix Teams with desk phones where roles need them.
Call recording and compliance
Record calls where your policy requires it, for training, quality and compliance.
Resilience and failover
Design for continuity with redundant internet connections and failover routing, so calls keep flowing if a site or a link fails.
Cloud, on-site or hybrid at scale?
Most large organisations run a mix. We design the path that protects what already works.
Cloud with tsit.cloud
No cap on users or sites, with every location and home worker managed on one system.
Local equipment and integrations
Grandstream handsets, cordless phones and analogue adaptors, provisioned with our Vodia-powered tsit.cloud platform, for sites that need local resilience or specialist integrations.
A hybrid approach
Run on-site and cloud together, move site by site, and retire legacy equipment on your timetable.
Our advice
We assess your sites, call volumes, carriers and compliance needs, then recommend a staged plan with the risks and costs spelled out.

Enterprise phone system questions
What large organisations ask before they commit.
Can tsit.cloud handle hundreds of users across many sites?
Yes. tsit.cloud has no cap on users or sites. We design each deployment around your call volumes, sites and internet connections.
Can we use Microsoft Teams as our enterprise phone system?
Yes. We connect Teams to tsit.cloud with Direct Routing, so staff call from Teams using your existing numbers. You can run Teams alongside desk phones where roles need them.
How do you migrate without disrupting critical lines?
We plan migrations in stages, port numbers in batches and test every call path before cutover, so critical lines stay live throughout.
Do you support iPECS and Avaya IP Office at scale?
Yes. We support and repair both, and we can plan a gradual move to the cloud when you are ready.
What about SIP trunks and number ranges?
We provide enterprise SIP trunks for IP-enabled phone systems and can port number ranges to the new service, planning the cutover to keep downtime to a minimum.
