Power Automate
Power Automate Workflow Automation for Business
Stop doing the same tasks by hand. We build Power Automate workflows that handle approvals, notifications and data entry across Microsoft 365 and your business apps.
Automate the work nobody enjoys
Power Automate is Microsoft's workflow tool. It connects Microsoft 365 with hundreds of other apps and services, so approvals, reminders, file handling and data entry happen on their own.
We are a Microsoft Partner. We work out which tasks are worth automating, build secure, well-documented flows, and look after them so they keep working as your business changes.
Power Automate works hand in hand with SharePoint, Microsoft Teams and Power Apps.

Power Automate questions
Straight answers to the questions we hear most.
What is Power Automate?
Power Automate is Microsoft's tool for building automated workflows, also called flows. A flow reacts to something happening, such as a form being submitted, and then does a series of steps for you.
Is Power Automate included in Microsoft 365?
Power Automate for Microsoft 365 is included in most Microsoft 365 business and enterprise plans for flows that use standard connectors. Flows that use premium connectors, or that run without a person signed in, need an additional licence. We check what you need before building anything.
What can we automate?
Common examples are approvals, onboarding checklists, document filing, reminders, form submissions and moving data between systems. If a task is repetitive and follows clear rules, it is a good candidate.
Is it secure?
It can be, if it is set up properly. We use your Microsoft 365 permissions, apply data policies to control which services can be connected, and keep flows documented and owned.
Can our staff build their own flows?
Yes, and that is where problems can start. We set guardrails so staff can automate their own tasks safely, and we build and support the important business flows ourselves.
What happens if a flow breaks?
Flows can fail when a password changes or a connected system updates. We set up failure alerts and fix and update flows as part of our support.
Does it work with SharePoint and Teams?
Yes. Power Automate integrates closely with SharePoint, Teams, Outlook and Forms, which is why many projects start there. See our SharePoint consulting page.
