Microsoft 365 Copilot
Microsoft 365 Copilot Readiness and Rollout
Get real value from Copilot without exposing the wrong data. We check your permissions, protect sensitive information and train your team to use Copilot well.
Copilot works best on tidy foundations
Microsoft 365 Copilot is Microsoft's AI assistant for Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Teams. It works from your own business content, which is exactly why preparation matters. Copilot can only show people what they already have access to, so any files shared too widely become much easier to find.
We are a Microsoft Partner. We review your permissions, clean up oversharing, apply sensitivity labels, work out who really needs a Copilot licence, and train your team on the tasks where Copilot saves time.

Microsoft 365 Copilot questions
Straight answers to the questions we hear most.
What is Microsoft 365 Copilot?
Copilot is Microsoft's AI assistant built into Microsoft 365 apps. It can draft and summarise content, answer questions about your work and help analyse data, using the information you already have access to.
What do we need before using Copilot?
Copilot is a paid add-on to a qualifying Microsoft 365 plan, and your accounts and apps need to meet some technical requirements. Which plans qualify has changed over time, so we check yours before you buy.
Is there a free version?
Microsoft includes a basic Copilot Chat with many business Microsoft 365 subscriptions. The paid Copilot licence adds the ability to work across your emails, meetings, chats and files. We help you decide who needs which.
Is Copilot safe with our business data?
Copilot works within your Microsoft 365 environment and respects the permissions and sensitivity labels already in place. That is exactly why permissions need to be right before rollout. See our Microsoft Purview page.
What is oversharing, and why does it matter for Copilot?
Oversharing is when files or sites are accessible to more people than intended. Without Copilot, nobody notices. With Copilot, a simple question can surface them. A permissions review before rollout avoids unpleasant surprises.
Will Copilot replace our staff?
No. It handles drafts, summaries and routine analysis, and people still need to check and decide. We focus on tasks where it saves time, and we train staff to review what it produces.
How long does a Copilot rollout take?
A readiness review and clean-up usually takes a few weeks, followed by a pilot. After the assessment we give you a clear plan.
